Before work begins
Customers should contact Mimora as soon as possible if they need to cancel before the project enters the design stage.
After custom design begins
Because the service involves custom digital design work, cancellation or refund requests need to be reviewed according to the work already completed.
Revisions
The current service includes two revision rounds. Additional changes beyond the included rounds can be discussed separately.
